Shipping Policy

We accept payment via credit and debit cards. Specifically, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or purchase orders for payment of orders placed online.

Almost all orders will ship out on the same or next business day, depending on the time of day the order is placed. Most orders placed by 3pm, Central Time will ship the same day. Exceptions might occur during weekends, rush holiday periods or if there is a problem getting a correct authorization with the credit card used to place the order.

 Orders generally ship the same or next business day. Arrival time depends on the service level you choose at the time you place the order and where we are sending to.  We ship from Texas.  If you need your order delivered overnight or 2 day overnight, please call us.
Bulk Items (cases) are specially priced.  These items will be ordered from the supplier to either be drop shipped to you or to one of our stores, available for pick up.  Please allow 7-10 days for these items. 

Please take it upon yourself to track the order via shipping confirmation number you receive by email after an order is completed. Once you have placed your order, you check its status by retrieving the confirmation number in your email.  Then continue to the given website of the shipping company you selected.

We're sorry we can't accommodate international shipping at this time.  Shipping to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska might require additional charges due to the higher shipping rates.  Additional charges will be brought to the customer's attention prior to being charged, If the charges are not approved then the order will not ship and will be cancelled if necessary.

While we prefer that you not cancel orders, we understand that sometimes mistakes are made and there is a need to cancel an order you've just placed. Many times, your order will have already shipped, as we process and send orders quickly. However, the fastest way to try and cancel an order is to email us at mypartywarehouse@yahoo.com with "Cancel" in the subject field and your Order Number in the body of the email. If we receive it in time, there will be no problem cancelling it and we will work to get your Credit Card refunded as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped already, you will be responsible for any shipping charges.

Ordering on our site is safe and secure. When you enter your personal information, you are on a secure connection ("Secure Sockets Layer" or SSL for short). This is the same standard of security used by many financial institutions. As far as how we use your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Some items such as Bulk Solid Color Patterns and Lifesize standups are drop shipped from the manufacturer and may not be sent USPS priority mail.  These orders may take up to 2 weeks.  Please refer to our Return Policy for complete information  regarding our return policy.

Party Warehouse is a family owned business.

Party Warehouse is very concerned about the protection of online privacy for all our Web site visitors. Although we track the total number of visitors to our site in an aggregate form to allow us to update and improve our site, personally identifiable information is not extracted in this process.

We make it our top priority to safeguard the privacy of our online customers, and we take great care in making sure that your personal identifiable information is secure. We limit access to personally identifiable information to a very small number of employees who are committed to our privacy and security policies, and who need access to the information in order to perform their jobs. 

We also collect payment information in order to bill shoppers for items they ordered. To complete business transactions, credit card numbers are verified by a qualified financial institution using secure encryption technology before an order is shipped.  Our website is a secure website and protect information and insure customer’s identity up to $10,000. To be sure you are on the website securely we suggest you confirm by looking for the secured logo on the webpage before you provide any personal information.  Credit card numbers are not seen by employees only shipping addresses and email addresses.  Party Warehouse collects only personally identifiable data, such as full names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and the like, when customers create and account or complete an order.

If you would like to make changes to the personally identifiable information you previously submitted to us, (e.g. your name or address), you may send an e-mail with the revised information to mypartywarehouse@yahoo.com, or call us at (817) 737-7664.

Periodically, Party Warehouse will send offers with discounts via e-mail. Those emails contain special promotions and coupons that may be redeemable on mypartywarehouse.com orders.  If you would like to be removed from the special email offers you may send an e-mail informing us that you would like to be removed from our mailing list to mypartywarehouse@yahoo.com, or call us at (817) 737-7664. 
Persons who supply us with their telephone number(s) online may receive a telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online only if there are problems with an order such as billing, shipping, or backorders. When providing your telephone number, please provide both the area code and phone number. Your phone number will not be shared with anyone and will only be used for business purposes.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time by  guests of the existence of a new privacy policy. Online Pricing vs. In-Store Pricing

Our Online pricing may be lower than in-store prices.

We will not price-match our website at any time in a retail store.

You are, however, welcome to shop our website online, and choose "store pickup" during checkout to receive these special online-only prices.



Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase, with original receipt. Original receipt must accompany internet returns. Refunds will exclude shipping and handling charges.

Pack and return your items securely. Damaged items and opened packages will not be refunded.  You are responsible for the charges to ship back and there may be a 10% restocking fee.

We cannot accept COD returns.

Returns must be in original, unopened packaging and in unused condition.

Returns of pinata's, food items, hats, catering items, makeup, masks, wigs, personalized items, and non-packaged items are not accepted. All purchases for these items are final.

Returns of seasonal items such as Christmas and Halloween must be returned no less than 7 days prior to the holiday.

Returns of internet items will be accepted at stores with original receipt.

If an item arrives damaged, we must be notified by email within 48 hrs of receipt at mypartywarehouse@yahoo.com. If the return is due to our error, we will pay shipping. Otherwise, you must pay for the shipping fees.
